Ingredients: Focaccia
  • Strong white flour 200g

  • Yeast 5g

  • Caster sugar 5g

  • Salt ½ tsp

  • Mixed Herbs 1 tsp

  • Oliver oil, glug

Method: Focaccia
  • Complete hygiene and ready to cook routine

  • Collect equipment

  • Check oven is pre heated to 200c / gas mark 8

  • Place a large bowl on a set of scales and ensure it read 0g and weigh each ingredient

  • Half fill a jug with warm water and gradually add to the dry ingredients until the desire consistency is achieved

  • Lightly dust your hand with flour and knead until smooth

  • Press dough into greased and lined tray drizzle with oil and bake

  • Add toppings such as tomatoes, olives, woody herbs, anchovies... whatever you feel like :) 

 

•Remove from oven when deep brown allow to cool before putting in you paper bag
