Ingredients: Orange and Pollenta Cake
  • 60 g Butter

  • 60g Caster sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 30g Polenta

  • 50 g Plain Flour

  • ½ Tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 Cap Orange extract

  • 1 Tbsp. Orange juice

Method: Orange and Pollenta Cake
  • Pre heat the oven to 180c

  • Use two bowls.

  • •1 large mixing bowl

  • •1 Small bowl

  • Weigh each ingredient in the smaller bowl and add to the larger bowl

  • Use the electric mixer to totally combine all ingredients

  • Add mixture and bake into bubble mold

  • Bake until lightly browned, then remove and check they are fully cooked
