Ingredients: Orange and Pollenta Cake

60 g Butter

60g Caster sugar

1 egg
-
30g Polenta
-
50 g Plain Flour
-
½ Tsp Baking Powder
-
1 Cap Orange extract
-
1 Tbsp. Orange juice
Method: Orange and Pollenta Cake

Pre heat the oven to 180c
-
Use two bowls.
-
•1 large mixing bowl
-
•1 Small bowl
-
Weigh each ingredient in the smaller bowl and add to the larger bowl
-
Use the electric mixer to totally combine all ingredients
-
Add mixture and bake into bubble mold
-
Bake until lightly browned, then remove and check they are fully cooked
