Thai Soup Method

Prepare the squash​

Make up the stock

In a sauce pan cover the squash with an equal mixture of stock and coconut milk. 

Add curry paste and simmer until the squash is soft

Put the cooked squash into a separate bowl or jug and add enough of the stock/coconut mixture to achieve your desired thickness of soup using a stick blender to combine
