175g Plain Flour

25g Caster Sugar

100g Butter

METHOD: Key Steps

•Complete hygiene and ready to cook routine

•Collect equipment

•Place largest of small bowls on scales and make sure it say 0g (zero grams)

•Weigh each ingredient and add to the large bowl, each time you place the small bowl on the scales ensure it is on 0g (zero grams)

•Using the ‘’money money money’ technique rub the ingredients to create a wet sand texture

•Gradually bring to mixture together into a smooth ball and place in a labelled bag

•Clean down
