
Ingredients: Madeleine
•1 free-range egg
•50g caster sugar
•50g butter, melted and cooled
•50g plain flour,
•1/2 tsp baking powder
Method: Madeleine
•Check oven has been pre heated to 200c
•Melt butter in small sauce pan, turn off heat
•Measure each remaining ingredient in small bowl and add to the large mixing bowl
•Whisk thoroughly with the electric whisk then whisk in the butter
•Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cooked
•Turn onto wire rack
•Label paper bag and try not to eat them all before you get home
